'...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, William Ivy Rogers and Mary Susannah Churchill, in the trade or business of Cycle Makers, carried on by us at 134 1/2 Great Charles-street, in the city of Birmingham, under the style or firm of W. Ivy Rogers and Company, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned William Ivy Rogers, by whom the business will in future be carried on at Great Charles street...'[1]
