'...t the Partnership heretofore existing between the firm of Newton, Keates, and Company, of Liverpool, Copper and Lead Merchants, consisting of George Onslow Newton, Samuel Newton, William Keates, James Houlbrooke Smith, John Keates, and Joseph Andrew Keates, and the firm of Waddington, Templeman, and Company, of the city of London, Merchants, consisting of Joshua Waddington, Joseph Hodgers Templeman, and Charles Brownell (since deceased), as Copper Smelters, under the firm of the British and Foreign Copper Company, has been dissolved by mutual consent.
