1884 the Partnership between Frederick Brown and Alfred Dewsbury, Makers and Dealers of and in Electrical Apparatus, Appliances, and Fittings, and Electrical Agents, under the style or firm of the Walsall Electrical Coy., the Bridge, Walsall, was dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 1st day of March, 1884, the said Alfred Dewsbury retiring from the firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm were to be received and paid by the said Frederick Brown; and the business would in the future still be carried on at the premises and under the style or firm aforesaid.
1891 the Partnership between Frederick Brown and Howard William Bishop, at Walsall, as Electrical Engineers and Makers and Dealers of and in Electrical Apparatus and Appliances, under the style or firm of the Walsall Electrical Company, was dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to and from the firm were to be received and paid by Frederick Brown.
