1911 William Firth 41, iron and steel merchant and director of limited company, lived in Leeds with Minnie Firth 41[2]

1914 Mr. William Firth was a Director of William Firth, Thornhill Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Dewsbury, and a member of the Iron and Steel Institute.
