'...the Partnership lately subsisting between William Wynn, John Cook Wynn, and Robert Grove, of Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, in the trades and business of Steel Toy and Edge Tool Manufacturers, under the firm of William and Cornelius Wynn and Company, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 29th day of September last, so far as relates to the said William Wynn; and that all debts due to and from the said late Partnership are to be paid to, and discharged by, the said John Cook Wynn and Robert Grove, by whom the business will in future be continued, as heretofore, under the firm of William and Cornelius Wynn and Company...'
