1914 Arthur George Fenn, of the Dew Engineering Works, Eynsford, was fined £5 and costs at the Croydon County Bench Saturday for driving a motor-car at excessive speed. Defendant, who was said to have been driving at the rate of thirty miles an hour, was convicted twelve times during the four years ending 1911 for various offences under the Motor-Car Acts, but not all since that year.
