1881 Listed as a Bicycle Manufacturer. Woodhouse lane, Leeds. [1]

1881 Partnership dissolved. '...the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Walter Burnett and John Farrar, trading under the style of Burnett and Farrar, as Bicycle Makers, at Leeds, in the county of York, was, on the 5th day of November instant, dissolved by mutual consent...'[2]
