c.1961 Formation of Bush and Rank Cintel by the Rank Organisation; the new company was then quoted on the Stock Exchange[1].

1962 Bush Radio was the principal subsidiary of Bush and Rank Cintel[2]; it was merged with the newly acquired Murphy Radio by Rank[3].
