1913 Private company.

1914 Constructional engineers, iron and steel merchants. Specialities: rolled steel, joists, channels, tees, angles, bars etc. [1]

1950 Company made public.

1961 Iron and steel stockholders and constructional engineers, handling steel joists, sections, plates, bars, bright drawn steel, alloy steels and stainless steels. Manufacture fabricated steel framed structures of every description. Scaffolding contractors and stockists. [2]
