1874 Became a limited company: Cooper Brothers and Co. Ltd., William Giles Cooper, Thomas Marsland, Thomas Comstive, Cornelius Farrer, Peter Calvert, Edwin Griffiths and James Cooper appointed as directors[1]

1924 London offices: Broad Street House, New Broad Street, London, E.C. Foreign agents for India - Rolston and Abbott.
