Connected with the Coventry Chain Co. Probably formed around/after 1914.

Directors: Alick Sargeant Hill (Chairman ), A. Green (Managing), Charles Walter Goff, and Norman Hill (Sec.).

1921 Alick Sargeant Hill died

1922 Manufacturer of small screws, bolts, nuts, studs pins, washers, eyebolts, turnbuckles. Accurate repetition work turned from the bar, from special or standard metals.

1922. The company was acquired by Singer.
