By 1939 he was Chief Development Engineer dealing with Lockheed Brakes, Lockheed Aircraft Equipment, Lockheed Remote Controls, Borg and Beck clutches, Automotive Products Co., Ltd., Tachbrook Road, Leamington Spa.

Patents on Remote Elect. Indication, Hydraulic Controls for Industrial and Aircraft application, etc., etc.
