1904. 'Frank Edgar Barker of 38 Acre Road, Kingston, was summoned for driving a motor bicycle a speed which was dangerous to the public'
1904. 'F. E. Barker rode a motor bicycle of his own make.'
1915. 'Frank Edgar Barker, of 16, Percy-avenue, Ashford, was summoned tor keeping motor cycle without a licence...Defendant said he used the motor cycle entirely for his business of repairing Government motor cycles. He was in the employ Messrs. Zenith Motors, Ltd., of Weybridge, and travelled all over the country on one of their motor cycles...'
