1895 Company shares offered. Directors were George Roddam, Lord Hay, Samuel Spencer, T. Ernest Polden and Frank Wright. Company formed to benefif from the patents of Frank Wright.[1]

1900 Proposal to wind the company up and a new company called 'The Metropolitan Gas Meters' or similar be formed.[2]
