c1874 Born at Liverpool the son of Donald Mcdonald Ford Gaskin, Civil Engineer, and his wife Margaret

1881 Living at Reed(?) Street, Eccleston: Donald M. F. Gaskin (age 36 born Caithness), Civil Engineer). With his wife Margaret C. Gaskin (age 29 born Isle of Man) and their children; Katherine C. Gaskin (age 8 born Lancs.); Frederic W. Gaskin (age 7 born Lancs.); Maggie Gaskin (age 4 born Eccleston, Lancs.); and Donald Gaskin (age 10 months born Eccleston, Lancs.). One servant.[1]

1904 April 30th. Married Rosa Annie Butler

1911 Living at Ebor House, Morda Rd, Oswestry, Shropshire: Frederic William Gaskin (age 37 born Liverpool), Civil Engineer - Liverpool Corporation Waterworks. With his wife Rosa Annie Gaskin (age 32 born Birkenhead) and their children; Kathleen May Gaskin (age 8 born Liverpool); Mabel Celia Gaskin (age 5 born Tarporley); and Donald Bruce Gaskin (age 1 born Oswestry). Also his mother-in-law Sarah Butler (age 65 born Kempton, Salop.). One servants.[2]
