- Precision Forgings Ltd, Cwmbran;
- The Scottish Stamping and Engineering Co Ltd, Ayr;
- C. and B. Smith Ltd., Wolverhampton;
- Smith's Stamping Works (Coventry) Ltd.;
- Smith-Clayton Forge, Lincoln;
- Ambrose-Shardlow and Co Ltd., Sheffield.
1967 By the end of the year, this sub-group had been split into GKN Forgings and GKN Castings[1]
