1789 One of 250 new barracks formed by the Government following the French Revolution. Higher barracks was for the Cavalry and designed for 15 officers, 180 men and 202 horses. It included a Guard House, Canteen, Hospital, Riding School and an Ammunition Magazine.

1945 Became the Army Pay and Record Office

1998 Site sold to Barrett Homes
