Mid 1920s bought the premises of Bates and Scholes

1937 Bates diesel oil engines. [1]

1939 Craven Brothers bought the Victoria Works at Denton from Knight and Hale.

1956 250 people worked at Denton.

1961 Factory at Denton sold to J. Brockhouse and Co[2]
