1903 S. V. Clirehugh retired from Lacey, Clirehugh and Sillar

1903-09 the firm carried out tramway and lighting schemes in all parts of the country.

Frederick Augustus Cortez Leigh became a partner and the firm became Lacey, Sillar and Leigh

1909 George Broughall became a partner
