1921 Became part of Amalgamated Photographic Manufacturers [1]. Herbert Charles Rich was managing director[2]

1928 With the other camera manufacturers in APM, Kershaw Optical Co and A. Kershaw and Son, the company became part of the Kershaw-Soho group.

1932 The company was wound up[3]
