1910 Mexican Eagle Petroleum Co made a share offer in Britain of the Mexican Eagle Oil company

1912 Weetman Dickinson Pearson formed the Eagle Oil Transport Co to transport the products from his newly developed oil fields in Mexico.

1919 Shell-Royal Dutch acquired a controlling interest in Mexican Eagle Oil Co by purchasing the shares owned by S. Pearson and Son[1].
