Rank-Bush Murphy Ltd. of Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England.

1962 Bush Radio, the principal subsidiary of Bush and Rank Cintel[1] was merged with the newly acquired Murphy Radio by the Rank Organisation[2].

1968 Rank Bush Murphy Electronics became part of a new division in Rank Precision Industries established to focus on development of the scientific instruments business[3].
