1985 Acquired United Wire Works.

1987 Acquired Rotunda.

1988 Acquired Lindsay and Williams.

1997 Acquired Sellotape.

1999 Scapa divested its traditional papermakers' felts business to concentrate on adhesive tapes.

2006 Sold its Megolon cable insulation business to AlphaGary.
