1861 The works of the Sunbury Gas Consumers Co. was built on Cemetery Lane. Its area of supply covered Sunbury, Littleton, Hanworth, Feltham and a portion of Ashford.

1915 Taken over by Brentford Gas Co., which converted the site to a holder station.
