1960 Wilmot Breeden made Truflo fittings[1]

1962 J. G. Wood Ltd changed its name to Wilmot Breeden (Truflo) Ltd

1974 Wilmot Breeden (Truflo) Ltd changed its name to Truflo Ltd

1979 Wilmot Breeden was acquired by Rockwell Corporation

1980 Management buyout of the company from Rockwell International Corporation[2] to form Westpark Group

Formed joint venture with Contromatics, a division of Quamco Inc, called UKAM Fluid Controls

1987 Acquired the shares in UKAM Fluid Controls Ltd that it did not own.

1988 Name changed to Drumowen (1988); acquired by Aurora Holdings

1992 Drumowen (1988) Ltd was acquired by Technical Components Industries Ltd, becoming Technical Component (Aerospace) Ltd

1995 Became TKR International
